I wish I had taken a snapshot of this, but I was laughing at my phone too hard to think straight. Drunken Smithers staggered directly over Willie who was doing one-finger push ups. When Smithers came to a stop, it looked like he was standing on Willie's back, as though Willie had accepted a wager that he couldn't complete a one-fingered push up with someone standing on his back.
After about 5 reps, Smithers walked away. Clearly, Willie won the bet.

I've never see that type of glitch in the top picture before, thats a new one lol
The top one happens a lot to me oddly enough, showing different colours, sometimes neon green, sometimes a baby pink with grey lol i actually posted about it before on here as i have to force the game to close for it to stop as it lags my game out

I've had the bright green screen come up on my game before and then the game would crash shortly after, but what you got there is something totally different lol Normally when the game shows those types of images it always best to close it down and re-launch it.
