From purely an animation standpoint, perhaps Otto. I get a bit of a kick out of both the guitar jamming and sleeping it off tasks.

I've often thought about this and I honestly can't decide. It's not even close between a few characters; I like so many of them that none really stand out. So many of the vocalisations and tasks make me chortle on a daily basis that I really can't pick a favourite.

Big fan of Hank Scorpio. I love the list of tasks that he has and that you can have him roam the city shooting off his flamethrower for 8 hours (the only downside to that is then you don't get the sweet mountain animation). Its too bad we don't get his insane laughter though.

I also really like Moleman since he has the best soundbites.

I like Dr. Frink even if I don't have it.

Frink Kang and Mayan Homer are my favorites because of their tasks.
I like the 60 hr task for Frink, all the tasks for Kang (including the 10 minute ET style ride) and Ulama practice of Mayan Homer.

I LOVE them ALL for their individual quirks and humour.
As far as the Halloween characters, I have to say Krusty Doll.
First he loves me, then he wants to kill me. Sounds like matrimony to me.

If Milhouse had a voice he would be right up there but then again, would be hard to pick just one.

I'm partial to the Witch Marge, I don't even use the regular Marge any more.

First she gets a 50% bonus on jobs.

Next her 8 hour victory lap is one of the coolest animations in the game. So too is the 12 hour stir the pot. I've got her out in the forest looking creepy. And she's the only way to get a 4 hour crop at Cletus' farm, not only getting a 4 hour job with a 50% bonus but gets Silveryoung grown in half the time doubling the value.

I hadn't even noticed that Frink has a 60 quest and now I have to wait 7 hours to see what it is. haha

Frink has 2 great animated tasks -- the 1 hour flying machine and the 12 hour gizmo test.

It's out of Bart, Frink and Otto. I like seeing Bart skateboarding around town and skipping school with his slingshot lol. Frink's flying machine and gizmo test are pretty cool. And I love Otto's sleep it off task lmao. Wish they each had another animation or outside task tho.

Bart would probably be my favorite.

But because there are no cars that drive in the game, I love the toons that ride on vehicles. Bart on his skateboard, Witch Marge on her broom, Duffman on his Segway, Rev. Lovejoy in his train, etc....
