We added about 10 neighbors for Halloween, but judging by the amount of coins people are needing for that Spin Wheel, we'll need more than that to start getting 30,000+ Bonus coins!

My springfield wasn't letting me accept the new add requests (I had to decline 28 requests!!)
After I cleared out the requests, it let me accept new requests again.
