No, but a couple things to try: have you tapped the Bart/Mlhouse icon to go to your friends list? That would force a sync. Log in/log out? Stop and restart the game? Finally, reboot your device? Please let us know if any of these worked

Yikes! I've never heard of this happening!

A few questions:

I'm assuming you build the Lab, since it's nearly instantaneous, correct?
How long did you have him before it disappeared?
Were you able to send Frink on any quests before he disappeared? How many?

Let us know if you're able to retrieve him.. a bug like that would certainly discourage me from purchases!

Happened to me once, I bought mole man, sent him on a task, and a few minutes later he was gone. Tried resetting and all the other junk, but he and my donuts were gone for good. EA is no help, dont even bother contacting them. Your best bet is Apple, they can refund the money you lost on those donuts.

I was able to build it and send him on the 24 hour task. When I opened the game to send another character on a task Frink and the lab were gone.. But apple had already charged me for the doughnut purchase.

This is a common issue. The game just doesn't save like it should. You can go through Apple/ITunes to get your money back.

Your safest bet, so this won't happen again, would be to click on the "friends" button, then back onto "home". Like Heretic said, it will force a sync and assure that you don't lose anything I do this everytime I go on and I haven't lost anything

Probably a bug. If needed, reinstall Tapped Out. If you contact EA, they won't reply. They don't care. They got money.

Thank you! That is a good idea, I will do that from now on.

So far Itunes is telling me to go to EA and EA is telling me to go to Itunes..So I guess we will see. :?
