HOW DO A FILE A COMPLAINT?

You can go to the EA website and contact them from there, however they will not help you.

I have had this same issue and I have contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do about accidentally clicking the button.

Basically it's our problem, not theirs.

It's what I thought exactly...they don't care because they put the goddamn button there by choice anyway. It's such a shame, great game, but the prices are so ridiculous considering the customer support, in game crash and everything...

I'm not buying any more donuts I can tell you that.

If you bought those donuts you have a chance of getting a refund if you contact apple. Just tell them you've lost something you've paid for (which you have) due to a fault of the game, and explain that EA will not respond to you.

It was an accidental click on your part? And not a problem with the game? Even if the cancel button didn't seem to work, that is not EA's fault. Just bad luck. Take your time. Lesson learned I guess.

Accidental, you know how it is, you click on the buildings to collect money, and then tapp once too much and activate the donut fast forward and then its too late...

in the same boat here. any time i win donuts(cause i refuse to spend money on a game that ignores it's players and has soo many problems) i spend them right away, even if that means buy white fences.

Well, I contacted Itunes again, explained the whole thing again, and told them I though the quality of the product was bad, considering that they do not provide us with the bonus% they were supposed to and guess what? They will refund me my 20$ in the next 7-10 days so that I can re-buy it again...

Wow, nice to see that at least Itunes is there for there customers...
