Actually he came out very briefly in the episode "500 keys" but I agree, they should include him in a upcoming episode.

Here's a bit of trivia for you, Hank Scorpio was actually supposed to be the main villain in The Simpsons Movie before being replaced by Russ Cargill, who is also voiced by Albert Brooks. The staff changed their minds about Scorpio because they thought a new character would be a better idea.

Keep in mind that the writers they have today are not the writers they had then. I fear we will never see episodes quite like the old ones.

I think it has more to do with the times and tastes changing. You can blame Family Guy.

Sadly, nothing could quite match the majesty that was his episode.

I could see them having a small cameo, but I can't imagine a full episode centred on him now.

Best to enjoy his awesomeness in Tapped Out.

I think they could still do a good episode with his character, I have hope for it.

Never heard about him almost being in the movie, I think he would have made a better villain to be honest, more recognizable and appreciated by the fans too.
