What are you hiding?

I have multiple Krusty Burgers and I'm fine with that. A town can have more than one McDonald's and it's a nice looking building, actually. I just place them as far apart as I can. Lemonade Stand, Fried Dough Stand, and Coffee Cart also raise Gluttony so you don't actually need too many duplicates of each item to get 5 star Gluttony.

For the Kwik-E-Marts, I need too many to be able to incorporate them into my city. I just stick them somewhere in my house farm except for 3 of them. I'm also hiding Willie's shack because I don't know what to do with it. Of course, there are also tons of Training Walls and Stop Signs behind my buildings. I really wish EA made a second cash merchantile building. Just one more and it'd be so easy to incorporate into my town.
Personally, I'm hiding the Victorian UFO because it's ugly and because storing it would store Kang, whom I love.
Great news! You can put the Victorian UFO in storage. It isn't associated with Kang.

though you can use the hail ants signs or stop signs to increase obedience too.

How many stop signs are required to increase rating? My Obedience was at a 4, I just bought and placed (hid) 20 stop signs, and it's still a 4.

Hail Ant signs bring your rating up more than stop signs do I believe. Other than the bodies, I've hidden training walls, Hail Ant signs, and Stop signs.

Hey we can hide the bodies on the ride home, cause we're going home...

Welp, I know what song is going to be stuck in my head for the rest of the day. Thanks KP!

I'm still a new player, so I don't have much to hide, but I've taken to hiding my unusable misery box fails behind buildings. No sense leaving them in storage if they can add to my vanity rating!

Kang won't be stored if you store the Victorian UFO. I know this because Kodos always gets stuck there after completing his 16-hour Chortle and I always store the Victorian UFO to get him un-stuck and Kang isn't stored.

My training walls are all visible, though most of the doors are hidden. I'm hiding a whole lot of stop signs and koffee karts, though. I would very much like a decoration that would raise Consumerism, since that's the rating I struggle with the most, and hiding kwik-e-marts is tricky. Once my town is big enough, I'd be willing to have another KEM, but right now I don't have a good place to put it or a good way to hide it.
My star rating is at 4.5 until I have a better way to max out Consumerism. I don't feel too terrible about that.

doesn't the coffee cart and peanut cart increase gluttony too and those are easy to hide
The info on the peanut cart says it increases Vanity, not Gluttony. I wish it did increase Gluttony, since it can go in the town as well as on the SP. I finally managed to get enough of the koffee karts to max out Gluttony, but the edges of some of them peek out behind my SP buildings (only one is deliberately visible.)

They do not raise your rating more. There's a chart somewhere that shows how many units of "Obedience" each item gives; but, I can't find it anymore. I do remember that Hail Ants signs and Stop Signs are the same, though, so I don't understand why people prefer Hail Ants signs that are more expensive, more difficult to hide, and look worse. =/

I have replaced each of my Hail Ants signs with a Stop Sign and my rating stayed the same.

At the moment I have two giant grasshoppers hidden. I thought I could do something with them, and probably will, so I bought them. I use the Skyscraper to hide the pumpkin house. I also had my Christmas Tree behind it but I have it out on display in my town center.

The stop sign I like and don't hide I mean it makes sense to put them on street corners. The Hail Ants are another story... Don't like them much :?

Also making that post made me realize that I may not need all my Krusty Burger and Gulp and Blow anymore...unfortunately Kwik e Mart I still need a few too many for my taste... Added all those restaurants and shops a long time ago and never really questioned their utility as I added restaurants and shops... Cleared some downtown space

****edited because I tried to rush my post before getting the kid to practice....

I have my wailing wall hidden behind Calmwood Mental Hospital and three training walls hidden behind some downtown buildings.

I had managed to incorporate 10 training walls into my town, but my Righteousness still dropped when I started spray painting neighbor towns. I wasn't in the mood to redesign, so the additional walls I had to buy just got stuffed behind things. Our next gigantic vanity item needs to be a bed so we can shove things under it.

Oh, I do that as well. I have about 30 visible. Any streetcorner where it makes sense to put one and there's room, I have one. I hid an additional 20 to try to boost obedience from 4 to 5, but it didn't budge. I don't want to waste the money and effort on (at least) another 20. I'm at 4.5 right now, and I'd have to place the KEM's to get to 5 anyway, and I don't have the desire for that right now. At my current level of income, it would take almost a year for that extra .5% to cover the cost of all those items anyway.

I never deliberately hide anything but sometimes, I accidentally hide Ned and Rex when giving them the "Interrogate Flanders" task.

It's a premium but a police car is very good for obedience.

I hide my big **** by wearing dark colors and vertical stripes. I don't know how well it's working, though, because people always make a point to mention my "nice personality" and tell me I have "such a pretty face."

Oh, did you mean in Springfield? Never mind...

I have a training wall and hail ants signs tucked behind every building that will hide it because I was tired of having people vandalized my buildings and watch my rating go down. Doesn't budge now, ever! I also tucked my wailing wall behind the native casino and the new truck for the upcoming episode tie in is tucked beside the brewery to hide the wording on the side...
