Unused buildings...?

you get Jasper with the community centre which he doesn't use ( unless my short term memory has gone ).....although if it was actually used it would ruin the ' not being used ' line you get when you tap the building

I cannot agree with the OP more - there are way too many unused buildings and characters doing the same **** over and over it's getting a tad stale and unimaginative on EA's part. There is a lot they could do with what is already there....
