Plow king truck is item 9 in the personal rewards, I thought he came with that?

Was thinking the same thing. The Ice Rink look awesome. That's the item I wanted most but can't see it anywhere. Maybe it has something to do with the Krusty token things?

It is in the krusty token wheel. You can win plow king, mr. plow, helter shelter, ice goddess (hindu six armed) a temple looking building, snow monster, money and gift cards.

I used a few donuts to get some.

Wondering the same. I don't have a mini game. Or is this something new in Krustyland (I don't have it)?
