Give Me My Springfield Back!

Ive had the same issue.

When I start the game, and logged into origin it says "there is a level 2 springfield on this device" with an option to view it... when I view it, it's not my springfield which was at Level 20... It asks me at the start screen "is this your springfield?" Yes or No?? So I obviously select no... The next screen that pops up says "MAKE NEW SPRINGFIELD. You are about to create a brand new springfield for your Origin Account. You can still access the other Springfield by logging out of origin later" So I did thinking that it would bring up my Level 20 game and it hasnt, it starts with the same screen everytime.
Can you help me because Ive spent a lot of money on donuts and spent a lot of leisure time creating a well laid out map of springfield.

I had the same problem as you markrobert1985... This morning the message "there is a level 2 springfield on this device..." appeared and then my Springfield has been reinitialized at level 2 with only Homer, Lisa and the Simpson's house!

I was a level 20 and don't want to rebuild (again) my whole Springfield! can EA do something to restore my Springfield?

I was level 20 with every free building + 208.000$ + 54 Donuts + Squeaky voice teen + Hans Moleman

Please do something!!

Ok so i've played for about six months....bought doughnuts and put more hours than i can remember into this game and im reset to level @#@$@ one. What is going on? I want my town back it took months to create a town that was bigger than the default EA town.

I had this problem, just e-mailed EA support and they got back to me the other day. Just tried the solution of deleting and reinstalling the game. It worked for me and my town is back. Here's what they told me:

First, make sure you're using iOS version 4.3.3 or later so you can access the "Not On This iPhone/iPad" section of the App Store. On an iPhone, you can find this section in the App Store -> Updates -> Purchased -> "Not On This iPhone." On an iPad, you can find it under App Store -> Purchased -> "Not On This iPad."

Once you've made sure you have access to this section of the App Store, please delete The Simpsons: Tapped Out from your device. To delete the app, tap and hold the "Tapped Out" icon on the home screen of your iOS device until you see an "X" in the upper left-hand corner of the icon. You will get a message asking if you want to "Delete Tapped Out." Tap the "Delete" button to remove the app.

Once the app is deleted, go to the Purchased -> "Not On This iPhone/iPad" section of the App Store and find "The Simpsons: Tapped Out." Tap the "Install" button to reinstall the app.

Did it and didn't work for me!!
At least now I have the 2.0 version and there's no more bug!! much better than the previous one... But I had to start again from level 2.

yea i deleted my game updated it but im still stuck back at level one.....anyone know how to reach customer service number for this game ???? I am so sick of this I either want all my money back or just credit me all the money and property that i bought in this game!!!!!!! Is that asking too much?
