I have the same problem. I am playing on an iPad (3rd generation) and the game crashes every five minutes and I can't connect to origin about 75% of the time. I am contemplating to stop playing after the christmas event. It's just getting beyond ridiculous
Why should I have to buy a PC to play a game from itunes? It's freakin' absurd! I don't have the money but ifvI did it wouldn't matter because I don't want one!
No one mentioned that you had to buy a PC. Can't you find a friend that has one? I was also going to suggest a library computer or public computer, but it's unlikely you'd be able to download and install outside software. Best bet is to ask to borrow someone else's PC and delete your pending requests. The fix works, well enough to allow you to at least play the game.
I still crash frequently when visiting neighbors, but I think it's an issue on the neighbors side as I always crash at the same ones.
