What happens with Plow King if you don't have Barney?

kinda cleaver as it is more incentive to get Barney

Shame EA can't just let Barney walk around as Plow King without having Barney. You still wouldn't be able to have normal Barney do tasks anyway so it's not like there'd be no incentive for people to buy the Bowlerama at a later date.
