Have you ever logged in again before? Is it possible you made a typo when you created the account?

My friend had the same problem this morning and he retried (closing & restarting the app) 10 times or more until it finally accepted his e-mail.

Perhaps you could try logging into Origin through another portal?

Go to the website below and sign in, it is EA's Answer HQ website.

If you hit the log in tab at the top you will be taken to an Origin sign in screen.

Try logging in there and see what happens, if you can log in there, your user name and password word are OK and you should be able to log into TSTO.

Thank you for the replies, I will take a deep breath and try out your advice. I was just thinking how stoked I was having saved up close to $200,000 and 100 donuts for Christmas update(that is good for me, I am a spender)...then it hit the fan. If I can get back on I will be writing "I will not get cocky about Tapped Out" 100 times on a chalkboard. Thanks again!
