Missing Prize Trophy and Gift Bags
My personal/ community prize trophy (candy cane striped vase at bottom of page) went missing today; in itself, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but I also seemed to have lost the ability to receive gift bags in my gift boxes 
I play on an Ipad 2. I closed down the game. I hard reset my device. I deleted the game and reinstalled it. I've had no luck. I've searched online and only found 2 other people mentioning a somewhat similar issue, but no advice. Does anyone know what I can do to try and fix this? Thanks!
