I'm too lazy to collect my gift bags and presents. I just wait till the elves are ready to go to work and let them do it

I logged in one morning, and it said I had too many presents, and I needed to tap them in order to get anymore. Probably the same thing happening. I wasn't able to log in for a bit, so I think that is why.

Do you know how many we can have before it stops letting them be dropped?

I want to release the elves, but also want to keep quite a few as the task is coming up to open 50, but not for another day at least....

just release the elves, you can use them 1 every 24hr

Do the elves release more random giftcards if there are less gift boxes/bags for them to open?

60 is the maximum present/gift bags you can have in your town.
