I don't think it is- I searched Tapped Out up manually, and it said the latest update for it was from the 8th...

If the new version were live then searching for "the simpsons: tapped out" would show the new version available for download, but it's still 3.0.1 so no update yet.
You just know 95% are at work and the update will be so big it will require wifi .. Ohh the agony
I am so glad you pointed that out!! Luckily I'm off work and live way quite a ways from town. I was going to go into town to kill time but now I'm going to wait so I can swipe some business's wifi if need be
