I think EA finally realized they had miscalculated the #s in terms of gift bags. Once we hit the 1st one, the rest will fall pretty fast. Kudos to EA for fixing their mistake.
I never really took much notice of what the original starting target was so how much has it dropped?? :?
1st was 450 million. Now 450 million
2nd was 1 billion. Now 625 million
3rd was 1.5 billion. Now 800 million
4th was 2 billion. Now 975 million
5th was 2.4 billion. Now 1.1 billion
Starting Time: 12:44 CST
Starting Figure: 41,889,992
Ending Figure: 42,172,880
Units Collected: 282,888
Time: 611s
Units per second : 463
Seconds until 2014/1/7 12:00:00 CST: 2,243,820
Double Time Bonus (40 hrs): 66,670,822
Total Units @ Noon CST 2014/1/7 : 1,147,431,112
I am kinda creeped out by how close this may turn out to be.

I think it was always designed to be close to the deadline, but they forgot to carry the 1 when doing the math on a piece of a napkin from Chuck E Cheese, thus the impossible original target numbers. And the number of GBs/second fluctuates many times during the day.
Now - if we get double all Christmas currency on the holiday (and a bit after too, I suspect) that will cause a nice big spike in GBs delivered.
Has anyone else noticed how fast the counter is moving now?
Actually it seems there was something wrong with it. It builds up real fast to about 325 million then when I close and open the game again it resets to 308 million.

So Josh and Herd who thought they were going to charge us donuts for the final prizes we failed to get are wrong.
That also disproves the notion of a fake counter. If the counter is fake and they want to give us the prizes, why change the milestones?
I love this post it does many wonderful things. Thanks spanser.
Prize 5 was about cut in half. It was at 2,000,000,000. Now it's 1.1 instead.
They were 1,000,000,000, 1.5, and 2 or or something like that. Maybe it was 2.5 B for the last prize.

Nice one mate, thank you
Impossible is bad.
Thanks, EA.

You can find it if you visit the simpsonswiki and look for The Simpsons: Tapped Out Christmas 2013 content update
You can also find it at the tstonews website.
Neither one of those I can post the links for but you can use google to find them :-)
