If you watch them they'll stop at a restaurant for just a few seconds, then head to another. Thought it was a glitch to.

When I saw them all take off and head in and out of food stops--All I could hear in my head was the Benny Hill Theme song.

OH MY GOD...my father used to love Benny Hill...I still remember watching it with him as a child. Now, I will only think of that theme song too when this quest comes up for me
