I have gotten it twice so far tonight. I logged in about three times today earlier in the day and nothing.
when the game starts at verify the files if the files don't verify properly it redownload them and that looks like an update that's why I said just look at my signature and you would know the last update was 2 days ago you would know there was not an update today
From ur screen shot it looks like the whole app is redownloading for some reson. This has hapened to people before don't know what the outcome was. Try staying logged in that should stop it from downloading again. Sorry ur having issues. Only other thing would be togo ahead and open a ticket with ea. Response times seem to vary from surprisingly quick to grow old and die waiting.

LOL, SpAnser, I am so used to using your signature to transport me to information ... But for that, I use the blue font part. Ahem. I never noticed the black bar with the update timer data ... It matches the black bars that divide each post in the threads, and I never slowed down long enough to realize it wasn't just one of the dividers.

It's not new updates dude. Look at your screen cap, its loading 16/138. Mine never goes back that far, always will start at where we were which is usually one or a couple short of the denominator.

You obviously have a cache/file cleaner of some sort on your device
icleaner is the most common culprit, if so you can easily have to not clear files in the tapped out directory by excluding it.
