Bonus gift cards won't reset

Do yourself a favor and send a support email to EA. I am in the same boat you are. I have not earned one gold coin per the 1000 gift cards after I hit the 30K mark. Today, my gift card amount even seemed WAY less to me at 34,000 or so (and I reached 30k quite a few days ago and have been visiting ALL of my friends daily even after I knew I was suffering with this glitch). To me, it seems I should have like 40,000 plus by now. My mistake was not watching my gift card counter more closely.

I do not have their email readily handy but, I think you can find their support email in the in-game options.

They will ask for the following so just be ready with this info:

EA account e-mail address
Origin ID
Device’s Mayhem ID
Game version

This really sucks. I can't get any help from the game makers to help fix this. I have over 40,000 gift cards and I wanted to be able to get the abominable snowman off of the wheel.
