Would love to give EA my money but it thinks I'm using euros when it should be USD so I can't purchase anything. I'll miss the great Gil deal. Contacted EA several times and I just get an auto reply telling me to go to the FAQ on the site. I do, follow the steps then it sends someone an email. Later I get an auto reply telling me to go to the FAQ. The end. Just trying to give my money to EA. Verified with Google it's not on their end.
after losing my town for 7.5 weeks and getting ONLY 20 donuts from EA and none of the items I missed out on I will NEVER spend any money on this game EVER.

I will be getting my first (and hopefully ONLY) boatload, providing Gil offers a similar deal to what was offered last Christmas. Before this past Halloween, I'd played for a full year without dropping a single dime. Despite the glitches, I can't deny that I've really enjoyed this game and have certainly spent a lot of time at it, so I don't feel bad throwing some money at the people behind it.

The same happened to me on another game. This may do nothing, but check your device's or game's language or country settings to ensure that the U.S. is chosen. The English may be British English, resulting in Euros instead of Dollars.
Happy holidays!
[Edit to respond to OP] The maximum amount, naturally.
I will buy the biggest amount. That way I should have enough for another year.
Trust me peeps buy enough for the whole year all at once. It takes away the stress of ambivalence each time a new premium item comes out. You already know you will be able to get every new item every update.
And that you took advantage of the best possible price!
I still have like 890 donuts...so I don't know if I'll buy any more. Just curious if they'll offer any of the Valentine's/Saint Patrick's day stuff from last year. If that is the case those donuts 890 donuts will be gone quick.

Most heartily AGREE!! Sure, i felt some remorse at first back in April or so when I bought those donuts with REAL donut money, but I've been frugal and stress-free throughout the many updates since.
Budget it - take it out of your entertainment fund. and then ENJOY!!!

To get Gil to offer himself as a permanent playable character.

100 bucks or it'll be 2,400 donuts at a discount. Nobody knows for sure.
