No, but if you're lucky enough to find a spin token in a present or gift bag that doubles too, but does not double for tokens earned after you collect the 1000 cards.

I'm not that lucky...since the update I just got 2 spin tokens from presents..I think the odds are really really low.

LIES! LIES! Gift cards are not worth double. I bought more coins after getting the update and the free reindeer. The coins still cost the same amount and the wheel is STILL rigged. I landed on Clause Co only to have the wheel REVERSE spin until it landed on 1000 cash. :evil: :evil: :evil:
