I did hit Mr Plow and Plow King on consecutive spins, although I don't have Barney so can't use Plow King

Cleared the wheel without spending donuts at ~82,000 giftcards in my main town. Once that was done, I let Homer and Lisa out of the tree house and finished the event. All I win is money in my other town and still have 2 items to get.

Finally got Plow King today after 86K+. Didn't start playing until this past March (Android) so I had to get everything and did it without spending donuts. I'm back to tile-tapping if my neighbors have one.

Cleared it today. Got the shelter. I'm at 98k cards with 3 coins found. Plus 2 weeks of dailey spins. Plus I bought 20 coins. That 83 spinsmore or less.

Still have to clear the Claus building and I have 110,000 cards. I don't think I'll ever get it. No matter where the wheel starts it always lands on the same money tile. I think there may be a skunk in the hen house.
