Windows 7 or Windows 8?
I'm way behind in the windows tech. But I'm sure with windows 8 you will have all that is overed with widows 8. And with abit of tinkering with the setting I'm sure you could have it so it's like 7 with the perks of 8 too.....but like I said I don't have them lol. I'm just going off the older generationdeomegus wrote:I'm in the market for a new laptop. Really don't want to spend more than $600 or so. I'm leaning more toward 7 because i"m afraid of how limited 8 might be. I know it will allow you to use it like a normal PC with a desktop and start menu like 7 and not have to use the tiles. But maybe I'm missing some grand point about 8? 7 just seams more versatile. Thoughts??
And no...apple is out of the question.
