Yes, you can! I thought I was gonna get screwed again by the wheel but it have me the ice got instead of gift caeds(which it actually landed on). EA screwed themselves!
There are a few things that are hard go get, like the snowman and both skins, those have like 1,23 procent change of getting.
The decorations and the snowpeople are between 10 and 20 procent of getting.
When you do got them, the things that you can get instead have the same change of winning
But mostly you win stupid cash. It not cool. I would like to win just more cards.
You think the wheel is anoying; ive got the dreaded bug where my giftcards do not generate spin tokens too...now with just 1 a day and still getting the absolutly useless 1000, clearing the wheel is very unlikely...
Sucks, you'd think a company that makes so much money off such a simple game could do better. :x

What makes it worse is there aware of the issue and have admitted it but are they fixing? No. Why would they when most people will crack it and buy the remaining items. Not me though, ea won't suck me into there web of deceit. Why not do the honest thing and fix it to give everyone a fair go? No they can't do that can they? If it was a bug that would stop people being able to buy donuts, that would be fixed in a second. No better than a second hand car dealer. Tell ya what you want to hear.
Well, I did the math! And the results are in!! According to my calculations I have a 96.4256% better chance of me getting pregnant tonight than getting anything other than cash on the wheel! That's taking into consideration that I live alone, am not seeing anyone, and, let's see......oh yeah.....I'm a guy!!!
I think EA really screwed this one up. The frustration of dealing with the wheel has caused a few old players I emailed back & forth to for some time to quit and refuse to play anymore. The general opinion was that games should be fun and challenging, not wanting you to toss your computer across the room. I myself had been visiting my friends every day, and realized a couple of days ago it was not worth my effort for more losing spins. I still drop off gift bags as I collect them, but EA has driven away people and that cash base.
Omg! Finally someone posted about the wheel sucking lol!!!1! I thought it was just me that thought it sucked lmao! Does ne1 think it might be rigged lol rflmao :!:

Many, many people feel the same way as you do- you are certainly not alone.
I collected 6 spins and I used them all at once. I got 50 gift cards, twice and the rest of the spins were $1000.
Not the most fun way to spend the xmas holidays. You'd think EA would have had no cash on the wheel and just the prizes and the cards, at least that way you are earning to another spin..
Same boat. Clausco is all I need. It's frustrating. If they charge donuts for it after the glitches and **** on the wheel...I don't know. It won't be a happy day.
If I could get Claus Co. I'd be happy....all I get is cash that I don't need. It's very frustrating.
I watched TheAdiPoseTV do a bit on the Claus Co building and he opened my eyes to the best feature of it. If placed properly, it can be used to completely block out the giant homer climbing the other large skyscrapper. I was lucky last night and landed on it. Only just finished building, moved it into place and it does look great. I wasn't excited about it before but just the fact it makes the other building "useful" and not just stuffed to the side of the map is brilliant.
Still got the Helter Shelter to go though.. at around 90K gift cards now.
I've just grown to accept I won't get Helter Shelter, Mr. Plow, or the Clausco building.
Whaaatever -- just EA's way of trying to get me to spend Donuts, but it's not going to work. I just look at it like: Helter Shelter's an ugly building. Mr. Plow is just a skin that I won't use in a couple months anyway. Clausco's kind of nifty, but it covers up a lot of space behind it.
I gave up on expecting the wheel to play fair when it slowed almost to a stop as it crossed into the snow monster segment then suddenly sped up and jumped into the next $1000 segment.

I've been trying for a week.

Wheel serves the purpose it was created for.
