I got everything but the raccoon. The game crashed right when it came time to unlock him.

    How do you contact EA to see if they can give me the plow, and give Anxietyfarm the raccoon?

    You need to file a ticket with EA and tell them your problem. But from what I heard don't expect to get it fixed any time soon.
    Anyways good luck! Hopefully it works out for you soon.

    Thanks AJ. I'm trying to figure out how to file a ticket. Not having any luck so far.
