Kang came with the victorian UFO this year for players who didn't already have him. Kudos came with the ray gun this year and nobody had her.
My Grumple decided to walk away into the water, and when i clicked him to finish his task he was waaaay far in the water, like how the characters will walk randomly, but theres no purchasable land back there so..
There's no way to get Kang back unless he comes back on his own or you open a ticket, as he's not associated with any structure that can be placed in storage. ( he's not associated with the Victorian UFO, storing it will not store him.)
A lot of characters have been reported as coming back after some time and re-synching, but otherwise you'll need tech support. Best of luck.
