Santa Coins Problem?

Were their houses decorated? Most players haven't made It that far yet.

You don't need to do anything at all. They're the ones who need to raise coins and decorate their houses. Once they do that you can start to collect coins from them. Conversely, you can be a good neighbor and decorate one of your houses in order to give them, and yourself, more chances at earning coins. That's all there is to it.

Cheers, that will be why, I just presumed you got them already or from their christmasy items.
