No it's not been released and we do need it. No banks in SF yet.

I am kinda surprised they didn't add a bank either. Especially since the stores out number the houses like crazy.

If they do a bank they should make it a special building.

Maybe you can deposit some money or something and you can't have access to it for so many days and it doubles or whatever.

For example something like you deposit a million and after a month you get a pay out of 2 million or something.

or a bank where u deposit donuts so u dont accidentally spens... o wait they count on it since they always reset that option every time u reinstall or do a store update!

I bet Snake, Tony & co. would find it a very exciting new addition and they could plan the robberies at the place where Nelson's Mom works (both building and lady adding variety to all our Springfields - Lovelace could do a little preaching about it too...).
