EA knows how to price things (generally, not always). The Bowlerama is mega-expensive because people like Barney. I don't think anyone gives a flying hoot about Mr. Costington. I predict 90 donuts or maybe even not even available at all. No interest in the character or the store.
I doubt it will be for sale any more than Suzanne the Witch and her gingerbread house after Halloween. (Unless that is for sale and I just don't know it.)
If this building does become available after the Xmas update which i doubt it will looking at previous update content not being released unless on a deal etc. If it was i would like to think it would be no more than 200donuts as any more than that the building and character is seriously not worth that kind of expense!
I don't think he will be available after the Holidays. Here is my theory on why that is.
1. Mr. Costington is in the Holidays 2013 category instead of "More Business Owners". Had he been there, then that would be a different story. But since he is part of that category, it makes me wonder that he will then be retired and not be available afterwards. The only one I can probably see available would be the Yes Guy since he's part of the "More Oddballs" group. If anything Costington's can return this year for the Holidays 2014 update and be available for donuts.
I could be wrong though, just remember this is my theory
Will Costington's take the place of Barney's Bowlarama for the most over-priced premium character/bldg? Personally I'd like them to charge at least 275 donut's, just to screw all the newbs . . . and maybe drop the price on Barney's and Miss Springfield.

What I feel it's worth? Maybe 150 and thst's pushing it.
