Took 21 Donuts please refund them

that happened to me one time. i had 0 board walk tiles, no one else had my password had like 150 donuts. next time i went on i had like 80 with like 12 boardwalk tiles never got anything back.. EA doesnt care

    You need to CONTACT EA, they will not contact you. http://help.ea.com

    I would love to contact them but there isn't a way if so please guide me.

    dont bother they dont help anything, they just have rewritten messages they send back to you. the EA customer service is the worst i've seen

    I've never had to deal with EA Customer Service and I'm certainly not going to claim that they are any good. I've heard numerous horror stories on here, but, plenty of people have also been helped by them (if not in a timely manner). So, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions based on your one experience.

    The issue isn't the staff itself, it's the system they use. It's just prewritten messages and anything they will respond with they already have on their already limited FAQ help page. Anyone they have helped could have helped themselves, probably faster if they just put in the few minutes to look for the solution themselves.

    When i lost my entire city in march they helped me. i did have to start over but they refunded me in doughnuts what i had spent on the game.
