Looking to replace some of the more ambitious house farms in my neighbourhood. I have all the premium items plus many duplicates for all you privateers. Looking for less bulk and more substance in neighbors. If of the same mind, send request. Oh, nothing wrong with house farms if they fit in with your master plan. Its the endless fields of houses with the tiny, undeveloped Springfield I find uninteresting. My town is still a work in progress too.
