Can't log in after 1/14 update

Same here iPad 4, and EA plays like dead, haven't heard them about this bug :? Hope they fix this soon.

I have to try launching the game dozens of.times before it will run. This is on a Kindle Fire HDX. It worked perfectly until 1/14

I too am having this problem I have opened a ticket with EA i got a response in just a few hours i have replied and sent back the info they requested this morning now waiting for a response. game worked as of 9 am yesterday update came out i update game now just crashes I even went as far as deleting my friends list i also tried to play this Via blue stacks on my CPU and it wont load their either it appears to be an account problem.

The only think i can think of is i stored all my snowmen just before the update as i did not want them to melt. i wonder if those in storage are causing the game to crash?

Even if you stored your snowmen this cannot cause the game to crash, because it is a decoration skin and storing doesn't prevent it from changing to melting skin.
I still try to get in the game, but also still crashing, i didn't hear anything from ea so still have to wait...

I just had a Real life friend log into his city and see if he could load it from friends menu and its still there and it loaded just fine. So just a waiting game for EA to get back to me. he is using an older I phone probably a 4.

I haven't been able to get to my game for 2 days (since the update?). No login comes up and it just starts a new game as if I didn't have an Origin account. I know my game still exists because I get "tapped out" alert messages.
