Got update but level 38 did not appear.

Exact same problem.

Tried re-starting the app - Nothing.

Tried rebooting the iPhone - Nothing.

Trashed game in itunes and on iPhone, downloaded clean new app from iTunes and re-installed. - Nothing!

HELP!!!

OK. Started clearing land for the Courthouse and the game crashed. When I re-started, uptes 134-136 loaded and finally got Level 38. Whew!
