Golden Scratch-R missing?

I just checked my kiwk-e-mart and I see the golden scratch-r just fine.

Have you tried unloading your game from memory and restarted it? Not just quitting out of it, but
unload it from memory and then restart it.

What are you playing on. My wife has never had the golden one and she started after Gil sale. She's on a kindle fire hdx

Yeah I started after the Gil sale as well. I'm playing on my iPhone 4s. I've tried updating the game, deteling it and reinstalling but the Golden Scratch-r still doesn't appear as an option in the Kwik-E-Mart.
