Out of the 3 options, I would take Arnie by a very wide margin.

His stackable channel 6 task allowed me to get all of the land, aspirationals, and 8 figures in the bank pretty quickly.

Yes, his 1-hr and 12-hr tasks are annoying, so I don't use them.

Arnie is annoying, but his channel 6 task is a good task and you can still send his character on a task, so it is like two for one.
