You have to get the "Pin Pals" quest line. Which I'm guessing is triggered after Apu finishes his "work 168 hr at Kwik-E-Mart" quest.

OKAY! So i went crazy since the update and have completed ALL of the quests. (Other than the Apu 7 day quest.)

You have to build the Mapple store... and have ned flanders free - it will prompt Lisa, Homer & Flanders to go and visit the Mapple Store for 5 hours. - I of course used donughts to finish this quest and BAM the prompt for the bowling alley comes up (I think homer prompts it) !!!!!
