Missing friends list

I only got my account back today after over 2 weeks of some problems and I logged in to check that my friends list was empty; it showed me other Springfield and then gave me option to add others but when I logged in to origin on my pc, my friends list was intact.. I even tried logging in and out of my account and my friends list is still missing in the game, anybody else have this issue?
