I think King Toot's is more important to the main questline progression. Squidport can really wait until later.

I agree, don't bother with SP (or KL for that matter) until you have the funds for it. It's better to keep focused on the main quests and acquiring land.

I agree with King Toots. However, you should start Squidport and start the titles (use the tap glich, if you have friends), You may even want to get the captain if you don't have it already (The OP must have the captain but this advice is for everyone else). Don't invest anymore in Squidport until you can afford it

King Toots for sure, as that building can be used more often than the I&S Store

I&S Store has one quest and thats it so kinda pointless wasting money on it when the main town has buildings to buy

As others have said SP & KL are worth leaving till you have more cash, focus on the main town its where the money is

Thanks for the input. By the time I logged back on, I had finished the Muntz house pre-reqs, so I ended up buying that instead.
