My town won't load

When I tried logging in today, the homer running/donut spinning page kept going and the welcome back message never came, I tried closing the app and opening again, deleted and re installed it, but when i re installed it and the page for me to log in was there, I've put my email and it said validating for a long time and then it said it can't connect to server. I also tried logging into other device, as my account was already signed the donut spinning page would never stop. If anyone know how to fix it please help me.
