I too am a top level, and play every day. I purge the neighbor list regularly since for different reasons some quit playing. I have almost a full list of top level players and just a few more. If you'd like to add me that would be awesome. I also look at the pending requests to see if I could change out neighbors during times we aren't doing a special event (Christmas, Valentines, etc). Started playing Dec 23rd 2013......now level 35. At this rate will be level 37 in less than a week, so please forgive my posting in this thread.
Since V-Day update, half the people on my friends list cant be tapped - they've either not loaded the update OR are simply not active enough to keep their characters available......
I'd like to get a few more friends who are as active as I am......
Also a solid daily player, just hit 35 since 12/16 and even endured several days of tech-glitch lockout after the Xmas update ended...
Kudos for EA customer service for replying & resolving it.
Sure do wish I hopped on earlier to catch the '13 Halloween mayhem...
Anyhow, add me if ya like... quite dedicated in my landscaping and aiming to do much more major, impressive, creative stuff once I hit 38 and am just collecting the dough for the rest of the land
BTW, feel free to chime in w/agreement on my quest to get EA to do fully accurate complete seasons that mirror the calendar w/ transitions according to player global locale... never felt right seeing the snow just instantly gone and was really enjoying the cool wintery look.
