Can't Play: Game Stuck At Loading Screen

Yes, I can't get in either but my kids and wife can. Several of us all have to do the level 38 again.

Same here...so frustrating. I have not been able to get on all day. Synchronizing...then the retry button. My hubby and daughter are a couple of levels behind me and don't have a lot of "friends" which I think is the issue. They can play with no problem. One on an iPad and one on android. This better be fixed soon!so frustrating!!!

It stays on Synchronizing for awhile until the Retry option pops up only for it to say that it can't connect to server.
Been like this for quite some time now.

My game started giving me the endless sync bug since around 6:30 tonite. I tried 2 fresh installs and was able to get in but only briefly. Once it lost the connection after about a minute and the endless sync returned. The other time I tried syncing when I was in the game by going to krustyland but it gave me the endless sync there as well. Same setup, 5s with latest ios.

Got the same problem. I was able to log in a couple of times earlier in the day (Aust EDT) but since...nothing.

same here, accessing the game is more like winning at the lottery rather than something that works properly

I'm trying since yesterday to connect to the game but also I'm stuck in endless synchronizing :shock:

Pretty neat I'm still able to see notifications about my town, especially of the ones showing my neighbors have visited.

...meanwhile, here I am seeing nothing but the synchronizing and can't connect to server screens...

In the same boat here. Managed to log in last night, but it kept losing connection. Now it is just endlessly synchronising.

Same with me. I'm level 38-is there a correlation with the levels of people not being able to log in?

As of today I have the same problem as everyone else in this thread. I cannot log in at all anymore. Just endless synchronization, until it eventually fails and I see the Bart screen. Before today, I actually could play this Valentine's Day update, sure I got kicked out a LOT daily, but atleast I could play. Now it's impossible.

I hope you fix this fast EA, since I'm a paying customer/player of this game!

Add me to the list. Playing on Android phone. Haven't got in since last night except the 30 seconds it worked after clearing data and re-downloading.

I had the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but now it's stuck in "Your other device did not save. Please sign into that one and close it first."-mode. I'm afraid to push Play now, fearing I lose everything. What do I do? I really don't want to lose my progress. I've been playing almost a full year. Now I'm wishing that I had just left it alone.


EDIT: I took the chance and clicked on play now. Everything was fine. I didn't lose anything, I don't think. It crashed almost immediately. I signed back on, it crashed after about a minute. So I'm able to get back in, but the crashing is still a problem that needs to be resolved.

Isn't that the most ridiculous part!? I get notifications all day that someone visited my town or the dog race is starting, etc....meanwhile I "can't connect to server". I was hoping it would be fixed this morning but no luck. As I said before, my hubby and daughter can play with no problem and they have two friends each. I have a ton and spend money on the game and can't play. At least this woke me up.....I need to have some priorities in my life.
