Can't Play: Game Stuck At Loading Screen

**** going on!!! Cant event enter the game !!!! I uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing!!! Keep getting booted out to main screen on my tablet

I'm having the same issues here in the Midwest......game starts to load on both my phone and tablet, then crashes all the time.....was working great around 6:30 CST, now nothing.....please look into this matter

EA, help! i'm having the same problem.
Started happening around 8PM pacific.
Keep getting the "Unfortunately Tapped Out has stopped" crash msg.
Samsung Galaxy S3.
Android 4.4.2

Can't get in either. Ever since sending Homer to stand on the elf tunnel. Android 4.4.4

Beginning to wonder if 'tap to continue' actually means 'tap to crash game'.

same thing for me , as soon as i got the doughnut update
this happened in the first section of the christmas game as well about 2 weeks ago.
ea need to sort their self out this is becoming a joke now

Happening on Kindle Fire HD also. Get to the "tap to continue," then game just sits there. When I tap on the screen, I finally get the "game has stopped working" popup. Started about 7 hours ago for me.

rebooting phone didn't work.
re?nstalling the game didn't work.

So it's up to EA to come up with a fix.
I've spend donuts to catch up some lost time, now it goes wasted again...

Same problem on Nook HD. Haven't been able to get into the game since I sent homer to stand on the elf door. Tried rebooting, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Very annoyed. Feel like a fool for buying and spending donuts to get all the Xmas goodies.

It would seem I am the next tapped out victim being unable to log into my account. I have restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but iam still unable to successfully pass through the log on page since yesterday around 3pm. Wasn't going to write anything but I havent seen any comments from EA regarding a fix for the issue?

Same here, tap to continue and boot me back to home screen. i have iphone 4

Same issue here on Note 3. Been down since yesterday afternoon. Had minor issues during phase 1 and had to spend donuts to get the final prize in the end. I understand it's Christmas, but even at my small company there are folks on call on holidays in case of emergency. I have bought $20 in donuts a few times and overall, EA is making millions off of this game... some accountability should be expected.

Same issue here on Samsung Galaxy Note II. It's not possible to enter the game thru log screen. :roll:

Bored of how glitchy this game is getting, It won't load at all this time, I don't wanna be behind on the part 2 upgrade.
