Since I told Homer to block the elf cave, I have not been able to log in. I keep trying, have restarted my phone, game, uninstalled and reinstalled.

When I go to log in, crashes to desktop.

Please help!

It has been crashing on startup since Homer started part 4 of the quest. It has been 24 hours now. DOH!

Haven't been able to access the game since this morning. Always crashes right after I hit "tap to continue". Have tried everything I could think of: cleared the game's cache, logged out of Origin account and logged in again. Finally reinstalled the game. Nothing worked. Am playing on a Samsung Galaxy S 4 Mini, running Android.

Im not sure if i have the donuts i paid for, the screen went to reload and it want connect to server i hope i have my donuts when it finally works

It allows you to play only new game without loging in with Origin account> :!: :thumbdown:

I know it's Xmas day but come on EA people, do something!!!! I need my daily fix. I'm reassured to see that I'm not the only one having this problem. Also started when I sent Homer blocking the elf cave.

Me too! I'm on level 48 and have not been able to open my game after the "tap to continue" message. The game keeps on crashing after the tap to continue page. Have not been able to play since this morning --- it's 12 hours already.

I have a alternate town which is at a lower level and I was able to log-in there. I logged out of origin then re-logged-in to be able to do that.

What's going on?

EA please fix this!

Happened on my kindle this morning after Homer sat on cave. Spent donuts on my other ID to rush it yesterday and that ID runs fine on S5. Guess you have to spend donuts or glitch?

During part 1, I had this issue. Ended up missing out on a couple hundred presents but it was only down about 12 hours and I ended up completing everything. Now I've been locked out the same way since yesterday. I play on android, my husband on ipad. He never had one issue during the whole Christmas update.

Come on TSTO. I too can not get into the game. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. I tried to open it on a different devise too and same thing there. I'm sorry every one else is having this problem but glad it is not only my issue. Of course it crashed right after I purchased donuts. Hope they are there when you get this thing fixed. Merry Christmas.....NOT!
