Can't Play: Game Stuck At Loading Screen

Same here. Playing on S5. Built the Elf cannon and have not been able to play since. My kids can log in and works for them. I did buy special donuts and have not been able to play since and I tried the same thing everyone else has tried with reinstall and log in and out and get the message about not saving on another device. It sucks that you spend real money on a game and this is what you get. I have always been paitent but I know im missing time to complete tasks that may cause me to miss out. This sucks since I have dedicated my life to this game and check in and play once an hour. Happy Holidays to all and I hope we all can be tapping away soon.

Hello -

I am unable to log on to my profile on multiple devices. Level 48. Both games crash after the log on screen. Both devices work with a new profile and both work with a game started on alternate address......help please

Same for me. On my Ipad and also my samsung Note 3. Impossible to play. The game crash on both device

Haven't been able to get on since last night. Seems I'm with all of you and missing out on the Christmas goodies. Very disappointing.

I come to the login scene and then get kicked out, it just stops working. This is the second time in a few weeks this has happend to me, missing a lot of the missions and items because of this, irritating as hell. Please fix this fast!

Today 25 of dec Christmas part 2 I can't access my game! Keep crashing on ipad and android.
