Having the same damn issue, ever since getting Frinks XP booster I've been locked out and unable to login. Donut spins then game crashes. It's been 24+ hours and with these time based assignments it's very annoying and I hope this gets fixed quickly and we get compensated with time extensions and donuts. Highly disappointed as I put time and money! Into this game. Make it happen EA!!
Not working for me either. Tried on both my phone and my Kindle no luck. Gets stuck on loading screen with spinning donut then crashes out back to "desktop".
Since last night havent been able to login properly.
When loading, bottom left corner displays 57, my current level, but then screen goes to the very first vid of Homer playing that happy little elf game / town blowing up, before briefly jumping straght to the first quest with Homer standing in the middle of nothing. Then goes to the cannot connect to sever screen.
Dont know what to do, very frustrating, spent a lot of time on this game. Was working fine. No problems at all until this. Maybe a but laggy, but not bad for a freemium game
Please fix this, I want all the halloween goodies!
well, yeah i see this problem was already around for a few days, NOW I'M OUT OF GAME TOO, at least i understand that EA must have noticed about it until now, and WILL. FIX. THIS. TODAY. ARRGH
After 2 weeks I'm still having problems loading the game - gets to the loading screen and just closes. This isn't good!!! I'm using an iPad, any comments to when the problem is going to be fixed???
it works again, dunno if coincedence or my lil ol trick which wasnt necessary since months anymore, til now; log in on another device, after that, the game works for me on my andro again.
as i said, was very often and now again, THE SOLUTION. TRY
I can play again! Can't figure out what the problem was or why it works now since anything I tried didn't seem to solve it other than taking a break from it.

Works again now, so relieved.. 30k to level 58! :twisted:
as a side note, usually play tapped out on my galaxy tab, but last night decided to try on my asus zenfone and it worked, so have been playng with that since last night. Don't know since when it's been working on my tab but just tried and it works..and again..so, so relieved

Apparently the studio team are running a script to fix and you need to stay logged out
