I have had issues lately too. On my Android phone, it gets stuck on the loading screen. On my iPad, I open the game only for it to kick me out immediately back to the iPad screen. I need help resolving this issue
I may have to do a reinstall as well on my android tablet. Been locked out, stuck at loading screen for four days now. The app has gotten very glitchy. Can't find wifi when all other apps on tablet are fine with wifi. And if it asks for a review when you reach a new level, the game locks up and you have to close it and reopen it.
White collar hero pt. 2 isn't working for me! When I click the "Do it" button, it takes me to Father Sean's character but there is no option to complete the quest needed. Help! Are there any requirements like people free or items placed in the town in order to complete the quest?
I can play on my Android phone but it stopped working on my Samsung tablet. The donut just goes round and round even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
I was at like level 25 ive been playing for a few weeks i added maggies playdoh factory and my game just keeps letting me load and then exiting me out the game im on a iphone 8 so does anyone know what to do
@SkinnyxxTan There is a video that needs to play. Make as much free space on your device as you can. Close all other apps. reboot your device.
If it still happens, try logging into your town on a different better device and see if the video can play. then you can go back to your regular device.

i figured it out on reddit so i got the quest to build maggies playdoh factory before two other quests and so because i didnt have the cutscenes for them now the game is confused and keeps exiting me out
