I have been trying to get into the game for over a week but just a bitten doughnut burling round and round. I have left it for nearly an hour and still the same. Anyone got anything I can try.

Try rebooting your device a few times
Try on another device, sync it and then try on the first device
or Uninstall reboot reinstall, do not play while downloading
Only uninstall if you have an account and know your info is good

Nope, didn't work... Already sent message to EA, no replies so far... :(
I find the never ending donut means I got Barted but it didn't bother to tell me, meaning there's no retry option and that's probably what it's hanging around waiting for.
What works for me is simple, so long as it's not a widespread server issue.
I just pop to recent apps and swipe it off to close it then over to my homescreen and restart.
Often it begins with Bart when doing that but I only retry once. If that loops close and start again again.
One caution, if you've gone overboard farming it's a nightmare to get back in when you get Barted !!
I Got In!!!! I Play on Bluestacks for about 4 years and i was stuck on the loading page after the new update, There is Something wrong with the new Update! I used the disk cleanup from user data section of the program's settings options. it's like clearing the cache or game data. Try it out guys, Hope it helps!
Same problem with iPad since the last update. Loading screen comes up and it syncs for a while and drops out. Reinstalled game etc etc and nothing helps. EA Help fix this.
Past 24 hours the game is stuck at the loading screen. All I get is a spinning donut in the lower right hand screen. Have rebooted, checked WiFi...nothing.
Hi everyone!! I have an error with my Amazon Fire 10 device. I cant put my email address/phone number to login because the "Sign In" button is disabled or something. You press it a few of times the screen stays stuck and nothing happens. I think it is a bug or something. I am playing TSTO with an Amazon Fire HD 10 (11th Generation). The device is new. I Installed/Uninstalled the game a lot of times, I have downloaded it from the Amazon Appstore and i also updated the device's OS to the last version: Fire OS 7.3.2.6. I think the problem is only with Amazon because i can play normally without any problem using another devices like a Samsung Phone with Android 11 or an old iPad. Thanks!
Deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing, still just a spinning donut under Homer's ****. What's the next suggestion, a new iPhone? People have not been able to login for days, quit trying to tell us the problem is a setting on our end. This outage just might finally break my Tapped Out habit, good job EA.
