Tasks timer keeps resetting

The timer for the tasks of various Springfielders keeps resetting. I think I have almost narrowed it down to those that have a job completed and have a valentine at the same time.
Because the valentine takes president over the task I think that tap on the Valentine resets the timer. But that's all I've been able to observe for the moment.
Is anyone else having this issue? Or a solution?
