For me it's the Cool Brown House followed by O'Flanagan's Pub. Could use another house design and who wouldn't want an Irish Pub in their neighborhood.

One item? Cool brown house. I almost never buy donuts, but if that house was released for 60 donuts or less, I would immediately buy a stack.

Second on my list would be Springfield Falls, which I would probably not pay donuts for. I'd pay millions of in-game dollars, though.

I pretty well have all the Preimium/limited time items myself, but I would like a chance to get Ninja Homer again! Unfortunately, I missed out on a lot of the WD stuff
